Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once an ebook has been downloaded or accessed.
We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
Technical Issues: The file is corrupted or doesn’t work, and our support team cannot fix it for you.
Accidental Duplicate: You accidentally purchased the exact same ebook twice.
Wrong File: You were sent a different book than the one you purchased.

The email address used for the purchase.
A brief explanation of the issue.
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Any items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a specific “Clearance” event are not eligible for refunds.
